The series is directed by Sarah Drew (April Kepner on Grey's Anatomy), first time directing, and some of the Grey's Anatomy cast will be guest such as Chandra Wilson (Miranda Bailey), Kelly Mcreary (Maggie Pierce) and Kevin McKidd (Owen Hunt).
